Thanks for dropping by, hope your doing well. I started this site because like a lot of people I wanted to work on my fitness. I’ve been to gyms in the past and for me, getting home after work then driving to the gym only to find it’s peak time was giving me too many excuses!

So i’m having at go at working on my fitness at home, there are no more excuses now….
